Company Description NatSu is an agriculture and climate solutions platform focused on scaling innovative technologies across India’s agricultural and resource markets. Our work spans agri-technology deployment, climate and waste solutions, deal structuring, and trade facilitation, with a strong emphasis on on-ground execution and long-term impact. Role Description We are looking for an experienced Agri Sales and Business Development professional to lead our North India sales efforts while also supporting broader national and international business development initiatives. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Chandigarh area, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves building and managing key relationships, driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and working closely with partners to scale innovative agricultural and climate solutions. Role Focus The core responsibility of this role is to: • Appoint and manage distributor and channel partner networks • Sell to organised growers, FPOs, cooperatives, and large farms • Support B2G engagement with state and institutional stakeholders • Execute pilots, demonstrations, and on-ground farmer engagement Broader Focus Agriculture is seasonal. Outside peak sales cycles, the role will also support: • Launch of new product categories, including IoT systems, remote sensing, and advanced bio-inputs • National and international business development efforts • Industrial sustainability and climate initiatives, including multi-million-dollar carbon projects This broader exposure is intentional and designed to build long-term leadership capability. Qualifications • Proven experience in agri sales or agri-inputs • Strong understanding of farmers, distributors, and the agri value chain • Familiarity with agricultural and climate technology sectors is a strong advantage • Ability to work independently in a hybrid and field-intensive role • Familiarity with market dynamics in North India preferred • Willingness to travel extensively and work hands-on in the field • A bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field is desirable Why this role is different NatSu is a small team working on meaningful, complex problems at the intersection of agriculture, technology, and sustainability.
