Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations. You will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create detailed business analysis reports and documentation.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and IT teams to implement solutions.
- Conduct market research to support business decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be fluent withKannadalanguage (read , write, speak, understand) - Mandatory.
