The ideal candidate is passionate about digital storytelling, understands current social media trends, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in growing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and reinforcing our brand voice across platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) - Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop engaging multimedia content (images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) - Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond and engage with the community in a timely and professional manner - Track and report on social media metrics, campaign performance, and audience insights using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social - Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to recommend improvements - Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations or partnership campaigns - Support paid social advertising campaigns with creative input and performance monitoring - Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) - 12 years of experience managing social media accounts (personal projects, internships, or freelance work may be considered) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) - Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) - Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics) - Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with video editing or short-form content creation (e.g., Reels, TikToks) - Knowledge of SEO and how it relates to social content - Experience with influencer or brand collaboration management What We Offer: - A collaborative and creative work environment - Opportunities for professional development and growth - Flexible work arrangements (based on company policy) - Competitive salary and benefits package Interested candidates can directly apply on [Confidential Information]
