Benefits - For Outside candidates Accommodation will be provided to serve as the first point of contact for clients managing appointments handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth salon experience They greet clients schedule appointments answer phones process payments and maintain the salon s front desk area Key Responsibilities Client Interaction Greets clients offers refreshments and provides a welcoming atmosphere Scheduling and Management Schedules appointments manages the salon s calendar and handles cancellations or rescheduling Communication Answers phone calls emails and social media messages responding to client inquiries and providing information about services Financial Transactions Processes payments cash credit cards handles cash register and maintains accurate records Front Desk Operations Maintains a clean and organized front desk and waiting area ensures supplies are stocked and assists with basic cleaning tasks Additional Duties May assist with administrative tasks such as filing or data entry and may be involved in upselling services or products Skills and Qualities Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and staff Organizational Strong organizational skills to manage appointments schedules and client information effectively Customer Service A friendly and welcoming demeanor with a focus on providing excellent customer service and resolving client issues Technical Proficiency Ability to use computer software for scheduling appointment management and processing transactions Sales Potential to assist with upselling services and products and to contribute to the overall salon s revenue Professionalism Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor and adhering to salon policies and procedures To be successful in this role you should be highly organized able to manage multiple tasks and possess excellent communication and customer service skills Job Type Full-time Pay 8 523 90 - 13 500 00 per month Schedule Day shift Weekend availability Language English Preferred Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 06 2025
