You will be fully responsible for managing the store — handling sales, maintaining inventory, engaging with customers, and communicating the story behind each garment. It will be a 7-day working role. Food and accommodation will be provided by us, and you will receive full training for all responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:1. Store Operations Management Oversee the daily store activities including opening and closing procedures. Ensure all operational standards, safety protocols, and cleanliness are maintained consistently. Manage store layout, product display, and merchandising as per company guidelines. Monitor day-to-day transactions, cash handling, and billing accuracy. 2. Team Leadership and Staff Management Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff to ensure high performance. Create duty rosters, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staff coverage. Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and guidance to team members. Organize briefings and meetings to communicate targets, promotions, and policy updates. 3. Customer Service and Relationship Building Ensure excellent customer service by addressing complaints, handling queries, and ensuring quick resolution of issues. Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to implement improvements. 4. Sales and Business Development Monitor and achieve sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Analyze sales trends and suggest strategies to increase footfall and revenue. Execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and in-store marketing initiatives. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value. 5. Inventory and Stock Management Maintain optimum inventory levels by managing reorders and tracking fast-moving or slow-moving items. Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and prevent pilferage or stock discrepancies. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock replenishment and timely deliveries. Maintain accurate inventory records in store management systems. 6. Reporting and Documentation Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management. Track expenses, margins, and profitability of the store. Maintain employee records, customer feedback logs, and store maintenance schedules. 7. Compliance and Policy Enforcement Ensure the store complies with all legal, health, and safety regulations. Enforce company policies, procedures, and code of conduct among staff.
