Job title Logistics Coordinator Location Daman About us Founded in 1980 Gini and Jony was a breakthrough in the Kids fashion wear with the trendiest garments in our offering Launching as the first Kids wear brand in India with a 360 degree range of products we catalyzed a paradigm shift in Young-Adults fashion industry For the past 40 years we have been pioneers in fabricating superior quality garments for the perfect comfort and fit our exciting product range is specially crafted for our young friends giving them a taste of thrilling and adventurous lifestyle Key Responsibilities Area Coordinate Shipments Plan schedule and monitor the shipping and delivery of goods across various locations Inventory Management Track and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations Vendor Carrier Communication Liaise with shipping companies warehouses and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues Documentation Prepare shipping documents including invoices customs forms and tracking information ensuring all regulatory compliance Order Processing Process incoming orders and ensure their accurate fulfillment within designated timeframes Track Monitor Shipments Use tracking systems to monitor and report the progress of shipments and proactively address any delays Problem Resolution Address and resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies ensuring minimal disruption to the supply chain Optimize Costs Identify cost-saving opportunities by optimizing routes negotiating with carriers and improving overall logistics processes Collaboration Work closely with warehouse teams customer service and other departments to maintain a smooth flow of operations Reporting Prepare regular reports on key logistics metrics and KPIs to improve performance and ensure accountability Qualifications Skills Education Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field preferred but not mandatory Experience 1-3 years of experience in logistics supply chain or transportation coordination Technical Skills Proficient in logistics software e g SAP WMS and Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word etc Analytical Skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to optimize processes and reduce costs Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with vendors clients and internal teams Time Management Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Team Player Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals How to Apply If you are passionate about Logistic coordinator and have a proven track record of driving results we would love to hear from you Please submit your resume portfolio and a brief cover letter explaining why you are the perfect fit for this role to info giniandjony com Job Type Full-time Pay 12 105 40 - 20 166 92 per month Schedule Day shift Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
