Our organisation provides many services and programs, including soup vans, education programs, home visitation programs and VincentCare Victoria (VCV), which assist some of Victoria's most vulnerable communities, such as people experiencing homelessness, the housing crisis and family violence, and the elderly. Little Bit About The Role Vinnies Victoria is currently looking for a talented Retail Duty Manager to join our vibrant team across all stores in Easter suburbs. In this role, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers who are just as passionate about giving back to their communities as you are. This role will be a key player in the Eastern regions success as you will cover pre booked annual leave, study leave, store vacancies and occasionally last minute sick leave. You will also be included in helping with new store openings, store closures and relocation and refits.
