Job Description At Cybrisk Tech Pvt Ltd, we are a forward-thinking technology company dedicated to delivering secure and efficient IT and cybersecurity solutions. We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with strong knowledge of Apple products and enterprise IT systems to join our growing tech team in Delhi. Key Responsibilities: Apple Environment Support: Provide technical support for macOS and iOS devices including MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, and iPhones. Manage and configure MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools such as Jamf, Intune, or Kandji. Install, update, and maintain Apple operating systems and software applications. Troubleshoot Apple hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Support Apple ID, iCloud, and cross-platform integrations with Windows and cloud environments. General IT Support Responsibilities: Provide desktop and laptop support (Windows & macOS) for all end users. Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices, printers, VPNs, and internet connectivity issues. Manage and maintain Active Directory, user accounts, and email setups (Outlook, Microsoft 365, etc.). Ensure data backups, system updates, and antivirus management are done regularly. Assist in IT asset management, license tracking, and documentation of configurations and incidents. Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to maintain system security and compliance. Provide both remote and on-site support to staff and management as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 35 years of experience in IT support or system administration. Strong expertise in Apple environments (macOS, iOS) as well as Windows-based systems. Hands-on experience with MDM solutions, network troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 administration. Good understanding of Active Directory, VPN setup, and security best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or similar certification preferred.
