Job Description:
We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-driven Manager / Sr. Manager to lead CRM and Complaint system projects with energy, efficiency, and end-to-end ownership.
Location- Malad, Mumbai
Designation- Manager/Sr Manager- IT CRM and Complaints Applications
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Hands on knowledge on Life Insurance Business processes and policy life cycle.
- Should be a part of IT team or POC of the functional department who liaise with IT team for any system requirement or Change Request.
- Should have knowledge of SDLC.
- Overall knowledge of Life Insurance domain with depth knowledge of Post Issuance journeys and process.
- Someone involved in production support would be given preference.
- Should have knowledge of JIRA or other ticketing and project management tools.
- Good communication skills.
- Should be able to handle queries and route it correctly at L1 level.
Technical Skills :
- SQL queries
- VAPT risk and mitigation
- .Net ( Desirable)
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience Post Qualification.
- Should have an excellent production support skill, which should include resource and time management ability.
- Should have the ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholders expectations.
