About EvernorthEvernorth Health Services a division of The Cigna Group NYSE CI creates pharmacy care and benefits solutions to improve health and increase vitality We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction prevention and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people About EvernorthEvernorth Health Services a division of The Cigna Group NYSE CI creates pharmacy care and benefits solutions to improve health and increase vitality We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction prevention and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people SUMMARY As a Software Engineering Senior Advisor you will play a key role in delivering software and platform services to our internal clients You will be a leader in a team of talented software engineers helping maintain and enhance our capabilities You will collaborate closely with technology product and business stakeholders to ensure that our services meet our clients needs You will be responsible for guiding the strategy culture and coding best practices within the team ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Be a leader in designing developing and deploying applications to cloud and on-prem environments Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering their professional growth and development Work on technical documents code and deployments Build and maintain strong relationships with technology product and business stakeholders Asses technical debt and risk and work with stakeholders to balance the workload Take ownership of project deliverables ensuring they meet quality budget and timeline constraints Act as a point of contact for technical escalations and provide timely resolutions Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates address concerns and gather feedback REQUIRED SKILLS 11 of relevant engineering experience Experience working in a Healthcare Organization 6 years of experience with designing and consuming REST APIs preferably ASP NET 6 years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks preferably Angular Experience working with Relational databases SQL Server MySQL Oracle or equivalent Experience working in a Cloud Environment AWS Azure etc Experience working with CI CD pipelines preferably Jenkins Logging tools Splunk Kafka New Relic Data visualization libraries tools Fusion Charts HighCharts Plotly Tableau Strong communication organizational and mentoring skills
