Company DescriptionVisa is a world leader in payments and technology with over 259 billion payments transactions flowing safely between consumers merchants financial institutions and government entities in more than 200 countries and territories each year Our mission is to connect the world through the most innovative convenient reliable and secure payments network enabling individuals businesses and economies to thrive while driven by a common purpose - to uplift everyone everywhere by being the best way to pay and be paid Make an impact with a purpose-driven industry leader Join us today and experience Life at Visa We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights supporting data-driven decision-making processes and contributing to the overall success of the End User Support operations Essential Functions As a Data Analyst within the End User Support Team your role involves creating and enhancing new reporting and analysis using various systems to reduce customer detriment and business impact through swift and accurate analysis Additionally you ll assist in building and overseeing the reporting and data requirements for various business needsResponsibilities Working in a multi-disciplinary Support team you will Act as an initial point of contact for other areas of the business in relation to data and system queriesInvestigate define and resolve complex issuesReview update and create rules filters etcProduce and develop dashboards and reports to continuously improve End User Support ServicesProduce incident reports to present activity and outcome of operational services and activityMaintain consistent and clear documentation and definitions and communicate this both with technical and non-technical stakeholdersEnd-to-end project ownership and delivery managing priorities accordinglyCollaborate with the cross functional partner teams to help meet business goalsManage support function for Analytics teamThis is a hybrid position Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week determined by leadership site with a general guidepost of being in the office 50 or more of the time based on business needs QualificationsBasic Qualifications 5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor s Degree or at least 3 years of work experience with an Advanced degree e g Masters MBA JD MD or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD Experience visualizing data with tools like Tableau Power BI advanced Tableau skills High level of proficiency manipulating data from a variety of sources Hands on experience with one or more data analysis programming A proven track record demonstrating an ability to manipulate process and extract value from extensive datasets at scale Demonstrated outstanding problem-solving skills to innovate solutions and solve business problems Strong verbal written and interpersonal skills are required showcasing an ability to translate complex technical data into compelling narratives Must be proficient in all MS Office applications with advanced Excel spreadsheet skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or master s with a STEM major Science Technology Engineering or Math 6 years experience in technology Strong experience with Power BI Strong experience with Tableau or a similar Business Intelligence BI tool Strong understanding and experience of data architecture dbt and dimensional modelling or a desire to learn Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment Problem solving capabilities critical thinking Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin sexual orientation gender identity disability or protected veteran status Visa will also consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with EEOC guidelines and applicable local law Visa
