We're looking for a passionate and sharp Social Media Executive who lives and breathes content and understands what works on social media.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with top Indian content creators across YouTube and Instagram
- Help plan, manage, and schedule content for multiple creator accounts
- Constantly come up with new content ideas, trends, and creative angles
- Support in writing captions, scripts, and copy tailored to each platform
- Track trends, viral formats, and changes in the social media landscape
- Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and creators to ensure smooth content flow
- Monitor performance and suggest actionable improvements for better reach and engagement
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in managing social media accounts or working in the content/creator ecosystem
- Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and content trends
- Strong sense of storytelling, content aesthetics, and audience behavior
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, proactive, and always curious about what's trending
- Bonus: Experience working with influencers or creator-focused agencies
