Job Description

Job Description:

- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure with at least 5 years in VDI architecture and implementation
- Role of a VDI Architect will be to lead the design implementation and management of Azure Virtual Desktop AVD and Microsoft Cloud PC solutions
- The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in virtual desktop infrastructure cloud computing and enterprise IT environments with a strong focus on scalability security and user experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement AVD and Cloud PC solutions tailored to business needs
- Lead end to end VDI lifecycle management including design deployment optimization and support
- Define and enforce security compliance and governance policies for virtual desktop environments
- Collaborate with infrastructure security and application teams to ensure seamless integration
- Design and manage multi session host pools FSLogix profiles and image management strategies
- Monitor performance availability and usage of VDI environments using Azure Monitor Log Analytics and other tools
- Provide L3 support and act as a subject matter expert for escalated VDI issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation architecture diagrams and operational procedures
- Stay current with Microsoft s roadmap for AVD and Cloud PC and recommend improvements or upgrades

Technical Requirements:

- Proven experience with Azure Virtual Desktop AVD and Microsoft Cloud PC
- Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure Active Directory Azure AD Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration
