Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Ecosystems Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to drive the design, deployment, and management of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions and cloud PC environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in VDI, cloud PCs, endpoint management, image deployment, operating system expertise, and Microsoft Intune. They will be responsible for leading the deployment of EUC solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage VDI solutions and cloud PC environments.
  • Optimize solutions for desktops, laptops, and virtual environments.
  • Utilize tools such as SCCM, MDM, and MDEM for deployment and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in an EUC Consultant role or similar capacity, with extensive experience in VDI, cloud PCs, endpoint management, image deployment, OS expertise, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, VMware Certified Professional, Citrix Certified Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly preferred.
