business needs This role involves working with heads of lines of businesses in our Financial Services division to understand contemporary business needs and work with Engineering Product Design and lead the teams in and drive the mission and vision of the Engineering Excellence and Enablement focused on developing foundational technology capabilities that accelerate the pace of delivery for architect design and develop enterprise platforms including large scale data and machine learning applications Basic Qualifications Atleast 15 years of experience in software engineering Atleast 5 years of experience in people management Atleast 5 years of experience leading multiple teams within an agile environment Atleast 3 years of experience managing other managers including talent development performance management team building and succession planning Preferred Qualifications Master s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering o 13 years of experience in software development 8 years of experience in Agile practices Experience with configuration management and infrastructure automation tools Experience with Cloud computing platforms AWS Azure or GCP o Experience leading horizontal DevOps Developer tooling teams Demonstrated experience and success pursuing best practices for teams of software engineers At this time Capital One will not sponsor a new
