We’ve run two RCTs on insomnia (n = 36) and procrastination (n = 117). Intervention effects were d = 1.17 and 1.25 for insomnia severity and sleep quality, and d = 1.52 and 0.93 for procrastination and life satisfaction (+1.2 points), all p This level of cost-effectiveness was made possible by the aspiring mental health professional volunteers who delivered the intervention.. The Role We are looking for a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist to join us in a part-time advisory role. Desirable - Experience working in global mental health or lay counselling. - Experience working with or advising social enterprises or charities. - Familiarity with university partnerships, training programme approval, or public engagement in mental health. - Experience supervising or mentoring early-career mental health workers, students, or trainees. - Confidence in roles that involve public engagement. - Experience with online or blended training delivery. Our Values and Working Style We are a small, mission-driven team focused on improving access to mental health support and fostering a strong sense of community. We are looking for someone with clinical expertise who can support and strengthen our coaching model. Collaboration and shared values are essential. Once we have received your application, we will review it. If you meet the essential criteria, we will contact you to schedule a meeting to discuss the next steps. Or, if there any too many candidates to meet individually, we'll send over a short form to fill out first and use that to select who to meet. Deadline: 14/10/2025
