Job Description Position: Therapist / Psychologist (Full-time or Part-time) Location: Japan Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist/Psychologist to join our mental health team, supporting employees of a leading multinational company (MNC) in Japan, which is a valued client of Mantra Care. In this role, you will provide high-quality psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and therapy sessions, to promote emotional well-being and mental health within the workplace. You will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve balance, resilience, and personal growth while contributing to a positive and supportive work culture. Key Responsibilities - Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for Japanese-speaking clients. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. - Offer both short-term and long-term therapeutic interventions. - Supervise and provide clinical leadership to junior clinicians or trainees. - Maintain accurate and confidential client records. - Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings. Qualifications - Master's or Doctorate degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field. - Licensed as a Counsellor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Social Worker, Psychotherapist, or Psychologist (license valid in Japan or eligible for recognition). - Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred. - Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) required. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Work Type - Full-time positions available. - Part-time or contracted opportunities also available for flexible arrangements.
