Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: - Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring the overall financial health of the bank. - Lead initiatives to optimize the bank's capital structure, manage costs effectively, and allocate financial resources to maximize performance. - Run multiple financial scenarios to forecast potential outcomes under different market conditions, ensuring preparedness for various economic climates. - Understand the role of fintech in transforming traditional banking models and drive the integration of innovative financial technologies. - Advise clients on financial operating model redesign, digital finance, regulatory changes, and process automation. - Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients to support business development efforts. - Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and responses to RFPs. - Drive the sales cycle and secure new consulting engagements. - Lead the development of offers and consulting assets to support pre-sales, GTM pursuits, and capability demonstrations. - Work closely with the account team to understand customer and partner requirements and constraints. Our Ideal Candidate They will have 18-20 years of experience in Finance Transformation with deep expertise in key areas such as Process Optimization, Technology Integration, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Liquidity Risk Management and Oversight and a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. - They should be willing to take on a committed engagement role or client-facing advisory/delivery responsibilities while implementing our offers/solutions with our local and/or global teams. - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) are strongly preferred. This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset. Key qualifications include: - Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills - Very good judgement skills and ability to shape compelling solutions and solve unstructured problems with assumptions - Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies - Ability to think strategically while remaining detail-oriented, ensuring that both the big picture and day-to-day execution are aligned. - Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide actionable insights. - Superb leadership and team building skills with ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authority
