Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full life-cycle search and recruitment of candidates within the technical industries including contract, contract-hire, permanent/ Full-Time, and special project consultants.
- Work as an independent recruiter with unique targets set by the company.
- Working closely with team managers/team leaders to develop position profiles and understand overall needs and requirements (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.).
- Use the comprehensive job description to present to candidates, post jobs, and find candidates from job boards and internal gateways.
- Developed and managed strong consultative relationships with candidates.
- Solicit and document candidate feedback throughout the interview process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 3/4-year college degree in any IT stream or equivalent.
- 5 years of recent experience in US Staffing. Must have experience with state and federal clients.
- Good understanding of US tax terms, visas, and geography
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
- Comprehensive Recruiting experience across multiple industries in the US
- Experience with Job Portals like Dice, Monster, CB and more.
