Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Professor (MCA) at M.A.M. Business School, located in Tiruchirappalli. The Professor (MCA) will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, preparing and updating course materials, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to academic and institutional development. The role will also involve evaluating assignments, guiding student projects, organizing seminars and workshops, and participating in departmental and committee activities. Qualifications (As per Anna University and AICTE norms) - Expertise in Computer Science concepts, Programming, and Data Structures - Strong skills in Software Development, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence - Experience in teaching or mentoring students effectively - Strong research abilities and paper publication experience in reputed journals - Proficiency in academic curriculum design and implementation - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Doctorate in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) - Prior experience as a faculty member or academic professional is an advantage
