Qualifications MCA/MTech CSE , PhD preferred - Strong academic and teaching expertise in the relevant field of specialization - Proficiency in research, including developing proposals, conducting studies, and publishing in peer-reviewed journals - Effective communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills - Familiarity with the use of technology and innovative methodologies for teaching - Commitment to fostering academic excellence and contributing to student and institutional growth - Doctorate or equivalent degree in a relevant field is preferred - Previous teaching or research experience is advantageous
