About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our IndiaMART process team The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers explaining IndiaMART services generating leads and ensuring smooth onboarding of clients Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from provided leads data Explain IndiaMART services subscription plans and benefits to clients Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful business listings or paid subscriptions Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to IndiaMART Maintain daily call logs follow-up records and update CRM Excel sheets Achieve daily weekly monthly calling and conversion targets Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term association Requirements Minimum qualification 12th pass Graduate in any field 1-2 years of experience in telesales telecalling or customer service Freshers can also apply Good communication skills in Hindi and English knowledge of regional language is a plus Basic computer knowledge MS Excel Email CRM handling Ability to convince and negotiate with customers Goal-oriented self-motivated and target-driven Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 7250260111
