**About the Role**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven **Telecaller** to join our IndiaMART process team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers, explaining IndiaMART services, generating leads, and ensuring smooth onboarding of clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from provided leads/data.
- Explain IndiaMART services, subscription plans, and benefits to clients.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful business listings or paid subscriptions.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to IndiaMART.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and update CRM/Excel sheets.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term association.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (Freshers can also apply).
- Good communication skills in **Hindi and English** (knowledge of regional language is a plus).
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
