Job Summary The Sales Recruiter is responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top-performing sales professionals to drive company growth This role requires a strong understanding of sales profiles excellent communication skills and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle from identifying talent to onboarding Key Responsibilities Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top sales talent field sales inside sales channel sales etc Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn networking employee referrals and social media Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience skills and cultural fit Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further evaluation with hiring managers Manage the end-to-end recruitment process job posting scheduling offer negotiation and onboarding Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports Build a strong talent pipeline for future sales openings Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Stay updated with current trends in sales recruitment and compensation structures Key Skills Competencies Strong understanding of sales roles and KPIs Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong sourcing and networking ability Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems ATS and job portals Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment Relationship management and stakeholder coordination Qualification Experience MBA in HR Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment in retail segment preferably with a focus on sales hiring Preferable in Building Materials Performance Metrics KPIs Time-to-fill positions Quality of hire Offer-to-join ratio Candidate and hiring manager satisfaction Recruitment cost efficiency
