Permanent Position Airport Support Representative Company Overview Viswamitempowersolution is a leading provider of airport support services in Mumbai Maharashtra India India We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support to all our clients and their passengers Our team is made up of highly trained professionals who are committed to delivering the best service possible Job Overview We are seeking an Airport Support Representative to join our team in Mumbai The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to airport customers and ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and development Key Responsibilities - Greet and assist passengers at the airport including check-in baggage drop and boarding procedures - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and gate changes - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal - Coordinate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers - Handle and process baggage and cargo in accordance with safety and security regulations - Assist with special needs passengers and provide support to elderly or disabled individuals - Conduct security screenings and ensure compliance with all airport safety protocols - Maintain accurate records and reports of passenger interactions and incidents - Stay updated on airline policies procedures and regulations to provide accurate information to passengers Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience preferably in the aviation industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is a plus - Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays - Fluent in English knowledge of other languages is an asset - Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for the aviation industry we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity We offer competitive compensation and benefits package as well as ongoing training and development opportunities Join our team at Viswamitempowersolution and be a part of providing exceptional airport support services in Chandigarh Apply now
