Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced HR Head to lead and manage the end-to-end HR function. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Planning & Leadership

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on HR matters.
- Foster a strong organizational culture that aligns with company values.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies for critical roles.
- Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's market positioning.

3. Performance Management & Employee Development

- Design and execute performance management frameworks (KPIs, appraisals).
- Identify training and development needs, and implement learning programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and leadership development.

4. Employee Engagement & Retention

- Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Implement employee recognition and rewards programs.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

5. Compensation & Benefits Management

- Design and review compensation structures to remain competitive.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including insurance and wellness initiatives.

6. HR Compliance & Legal Matters

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR documentation and records as per legal requirements.

7. HR Technology & Automation

- Implement HRMS and automation tools for efficient HR operations.
- Use analytics and HR metrics to improve decision-making.

8. Organizational Development & Change Management

- Drive initiatives for business transformation and cultural change.
- Lead HR aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and expansions if required.

Key Requirements:

- MBA in HR from a reputed institution.
- 15+ years of experience in HR leadership roles in IT, Manufacturing, or Real Estate sectors.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end HR functions and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRMS and data-driven decision-making.
