Job Description – Flutter Developer

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for our social networking platform. The role involves building scalable features, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements (Having):

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart.
- Experience with state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).
- Built social media-like apps with features such as feed, video upload, chat, and push notifications.
- Strong grasp of performance optimization (caching, lazy loading, memory management).
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party services.
- Exposure to SDLC processes and automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve defects, crashes, and performance issues.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with designers, backend developers, and product managers.
- Ability to document technical specifications and maintain project documentation.
- Commitment to staying updated with Flutter advancements, mobile development trends, and best practices.

Good-to-Have:

- Integration with cloud services (Firebase, AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of security best practices (secure storage, API handling).
- Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile apps (Fastlane, Codemagic).
- Published apps on App Store / Play Store.
