Job Description – Flutter Developer We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for our social networking platform. The role involves building scalable features, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities & Requirements (Having): 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart. Experience with state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod). Built social media-like apps with features such as feed, video upload, chat, and push notifications. Strong grasp of performance optimization (caching, lazy loading, memory management). Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party services. Exposure to SDLC processes and automated testing frameworks. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve defects, crashes, and performance issues. Strong collaboration skills to work with designers, backend developers, and product managers. Ability to document technical specifications and maintain project documentation. Commitment to staying updated with Flutter advancements, mobile development trends, and best practices. Good-to-Have: Integration with cloud services (Firebase, AWS, GCP). Knowledge of security best practices (secure storage, API handling). Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile apps (Fastlane, Codemagic). Published apps on App Store / Play Store.
