Job Description General Job description: Goal setting, management of Procurement analysis/analytics activities, and ensuring the centre achieves its results and objectives in a timely manner. Day to day tasks within the objectives and KPIS with direct and considerable impact through own work to the Global Procurement Function. Proactive problem solving with can do attitude by existing/continuous improvement of global processes /working methods to make it lean and more efficient. Influence communication with global stakeholders with facts and data to get better alignment Key Role - Design and develop business insights related to Key strategic KPIs like on time delivery, on time confirmation, payment terms, lead time, reclamations and escalations - Convert data into meaningful key insights for business decisions - Utilize analytical, statistical and programming skills to collect, analyse and interpret large scale data sets - Provide data driven solutions to business challenges - Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize Procurement organization spend - Deliver on periodical reports on time and accurately to make business impact with high complexity - Development and productizing the analysis in relation to global operations of Procurement for standard offering - Ensure accuracy and structure in procurement data - Creating dashboards with Power BI or other similar tools - Ensure master data integrity in key systems / maintaining the processes to support data quality - Conduct market research to support future business planning - Coach team in interpreting data and enhance team's competency on statistical tools - Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize Procurement organization spend - Development and productizing the analysis in relation to global operations of Procurement for standard offering - Ensure accuracy and structure in procurement data - Provide data driven solutions to business challenges - Key Behavioral Skills Key Behaviours Behavioural Description Lead our Future Embrace sustainable change to deliver desired change outcomes. Role and Responsibility: - Manage a group of specialists and responsible for their performance management - Responsible for delivering the monthly reports, metrics & process documentation related to Procurement - Respond positively to proposed data initiatives, arising from the Information Governance Group, and provide the necessary support and expertise to deliver such initiatives. - Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics. - Develop the simulation models to get the optimal prices for supplier managers/category managers - Analyse and present complex data into meaningful decision-making information - Develop analytics dashboard & support with actionable insights - Analyse & highlight the Categories with tail spend - Participate in global projects with global team and deliver results - Ensure to support the process owners in the ad-hoc requests. - Oversee the definition and delivery of data governance approaches, principles and processes - Oversee the approach and application of data quality principles, methods and processes to improve the quality of data - Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance - Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards Qualifications Education Required: Graduation/Post Graduation/PGDBM Professional Experience Required (Min Max.): 12:16 years - Minimum 6 years experience preferably in the given industry segments - Manufacturing, OEM, Retail CPG, Services, Telecom, IT etc. - 5 years of demonstrated work experience in Procurement/Supply Chain analytics.
