What you will be doing
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Providing accurate information about our products, services, and clinical trial processes
- Assisting customers with order placement, account management, and issue resolution
- Liaising with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Your profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
