Skills and Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. - Knowledge of insurance products and policies in the Indian market. - Ability to analyze and assess clients needs to provide tailored solutions. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and client follow-ups. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. - Sales and negotiation skills to close deals and enhance client relationships.
