International Customer Support Voice Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an International Customer Support Voice Representative As a key member of our global customer support team you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe This is a contract role with the possibility of being converted to a permanent position based on performance and business needs The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong knowledge of customer handling and the ability to work in a rotational shift including night shifts Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients across the globe Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Work in a rotational shift including night shifts Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Requirements Requirements Graduate or Undergraduate degree Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support technical support BPO or a related field Excellent communication skills in English Good knowledge of customer handling and conflict resolution Ability to work in a rotational shift including night shifts Immediate joiner preferred or maximum 15 days notice period Willingness to work in a contract role with the possibility of being converted to a permanent position Additional Information Salary 40 000 - 50 000 per month depending on last CTC and experience Job Location Pune Work Mode Work from Office Contract Duration 4-6 months Notice Period Immediate joiners or maximum 15 days notice Benefits CTC Up to 56 000 per month based on last drawn salary and experience Laptop and other assets will be provided by the company P F E S I 5000 - performance bonus monthly The company will give a two-way cab facility
