Position Summary Harness is seeking an exceptional engineering leader to drive our Product Platform portfolio within the Platform Engineering Organization. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee mission-critical services including Identity and Access Management, Auditing, Notifications, Secrets Management, and core libraries and frameworks that power our platform. We're looking for a visionary leader who thrives on building world-class engineering teams and foundational backend services that empower both internal developers and external customers. The ideal candidate brings high energy, startup passion, and proven expertise in leading distributed teams through complex technical challenges while delivering measurable business outcomes.
