What You'll Do:

- Process Management and Improvement:

- Process data accurately and efficiently through the Company's Procurement system, Shipsta.
- Identify transactions and tasks requiring special handling and recommend improved processes to management.
- Implement resolutions within the assigned scope of responsibility.
- Maintain and continuously improve the RFQ Tool Shipsta to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Freight Quotations and Negotiations:

- Request and negotiate freight quotations for all transport modes.
- Assist in global RFQ processes for all transport modes.

- Rate Card Management:

- Manage and maintain rate cards for various transportation services.
- Analyze rates and conduct cost-down initiatives.

- Supplier Support:

- Handle all customer service requests via Shipsta Procurement tool.
- Collaborate with the Supplier & Procurement Manager to support supplier management.
- Create minimum requirements documents for suppliers.

- Global Support:

- Assist in executing Global RFQs for optimal supplier relationships and competitive terms.
- Provide support to the Global Supplier & Procurement Manager.
- Provide support to the Global Supplier & Procurement Manager, including assistance in meeting preparation and Quality Business Review (QBR) processes.
- Support the Supplier & Procurement Manager in enhancing and improving rate requests to the forwarders, as well as optimizing the handling of client services requests to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively
