Website: Base Location: Pune Primary Role: The ideal candidate will drive sales of Histopathology and Molecular Diagnostics products in the Maharashtra region, achieve sales and collection targets, and build strong customer relationships. They will focus on developing new business, managing key accounts, and coordinating with the application team to ensure smooth customer support. Job Description: - Responsible for sales and collection targets in his/her territory - Regular customer visits and follow-up - Acquiring New customers / establishing new business - Forecasting and projecting sales annually and quarterly - Coordination with the Application Support team regarding complaint resolution and sample handling - Strong verbal & written English communication - Self-motivated & good Negotiation skills - Market development through CMEs / Workshops/ Conferences/Roadshows - On-time reports on competitor activity and other reports required Job Specification: - Candidates with exposure to Molecular Diagnostics (RT-PCR, PCR platforms) and Histopathology equipment (tissue processors, H&E stainers, automated IHC systems, microtomes) will be preferred. - Should have a good customer service attitude and be willing to travel. - Self-starter with minimum guidelines needed in performing the task. - Problem solving attitude, and willing to take multiple tasks. - Good Communication and able to express and set right expectations with customers. - Candidates with high integrity will be preferred Qualification: Science graduate (BSc/MSc), Preferable Pathology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology Experience: 2-5 yrs. Additional Skills (If Any): Preferable from Life science/Biotech company - Good written & verbal communication skills in English - Good Interpersonal interaction - Good Market knowledge - Strong personal relations with customers - Maintenance of data & analysis skills.
