Summary

- Millennium is seeking a driven and detail-oriented operations specialist to join our Operations team.
- This position will offer exposure to various markets and the opportunity to work between several teams globally in the firm as well as directly with
- portfolio managers and our Prime Brokers.
- The successful candidate will have the initiative to seek out opportunities to work on strategic projects and be able to manage them through completion, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- They will also be on a small team with broad product exposure to various bond products, including domestic and other non-dollar.

Principal Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with firm counterparties.
- Reconciliation of trading affirmation/confirmation platforms for T0 matching to ensure all breaks are cleared and accounted for on a daily basis.
- Research/Resolve breaks for FX derivative products and escalate to resolve on a daily basis with Millennium trading desk and portfolio managers.
- Work closely with Global Middle Office and Operations.
- Provide a daily report EOD for all outstanding items.
- Onboarding of new brokers on to the T0 matching platforms.

Qualifications/Skills Required

- Strong product and working knowledge of either two products-Rates, Credit, FX and Equity Derivatives.
- Undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline (finance, economics, accounting, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with PMs and brokers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Well- organized, detail- oriented; able to multi-task and keep track of various deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge and experience with CTM.
