The Senior Resident Critical Care position involves providing high-quality critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The role requires collaboration with a skilled healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive critical care to patients in the ICU setting.
- Monitor and manage patients vital signs and clinical status.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct diagnostic procedures and interpret results to guide patient care.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and protocols regarding critical care.
- Educate and communicate effectively with patients families about treatment plans and prognosis.
Skills and Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- MD in Anesthesiology or Critical Care Medicine is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in managing critically ill patients.
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology for patient monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Knowledge of current critical care practices and guidelines.
