Position Technical Assistant to Managing Director ME - Construction Management Department Projects Corporate Office Location Hyderabad Employment Type Full-Time Experience 1-4 Years Freshers with strong technical skills may apply About the Role We are looking for a technically strong and organized ME Construction Management Civil Engineering professional to assist the Managing Director in monitoring planning and controlling all ongoing construction and infrastructure projects This role provides direct exposure to senior management and involves coordination with project sites technical teams and head office Key Responsibilities Assist the MD in planning monitoring and execution of all construction and infrastructure projects Track project progress site activities and timelines as per MD s directives Prepare project schedules status reports and technical summaries for management review Coordinate with project engineers site in-charges and plant machinery teams Ensure projects adhere to timelines budgets and quality standards Review technical documents BOQs and project drawings as required Identify delays or bottlenecks and report corrective actions to the MD Support the MD in decision-making with accurate project data and insights Maintain communication between MD s office and site teams for daily weekly updates Assist in preparation of presentations reports and planning documents for management meetings Requirements Skills Qualification M E in Construction Management Civil Engineering Experience 1-4 years Freshers with strong technical and coordination skills may apply Sound knowledge of civil construction infrastructure and heavy project operations Strong analytical planning and technical coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in MS Excel Word PowerPoint and project monitoring tools Ability to handle multiple projects and follow MD s instructions efficiently Reporting To Managing Director Why Join Us Gain direct exposure to senior management and decision-making processes Work on diverse construction and infrastructure projects Opportunity to develop strong technical coordination and leadership skills Fast-track career growth in a dynamic corporate environment
