Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with company business goals and objectives.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to effectively measure business performance.
- Oversee data collection, storage, and management from various sources while ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure reliable data availability.
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts in conducting data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics to generate actionable insights.
- Utilize data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and in-depth analysis.
- Create and manage data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
- Ensure data visualizations are user-friendly and deliver valuable information to stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze business performance against established KPIs and industry benchmarks.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement through detailed data analysis.
- Prepare and present regular reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Implement and oversee data governance policies to maintain data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage data access controls and permissions to protect sensitive information.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of data analysts by providing ongoing guidance and professional development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including marketing, finance, and operations to align analytics efforts with broader business objectives.
