This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Min Experience 1 years Location India JobType full-time We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as an All Things GTM Specialist This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about strategy execution and driving growth through effective go-to-market GTM initiatives As part of our GTM team you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between product marketing sales and customer success ensuring our offerings reach the right audience with maximum impact If you thrive in fast-paced environments enjoy problem-solving and are eager to grow your career in GTM this role is the perfect fit Requirements Responsibilities Go-to-Market Strategy Execution Support the development and execution of GTM plans for new product launches feature rollouts and campaigns across multiple markets Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product sales marketing and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of GTM initiatives Market Research Analysis Conduct competitor analysis market trend evaluations and customer insights research to inform GTM strategies Sales Enablement Assist in creating sales collateral playbooks and training materials to empower sales teams with the right narratives positioning and tools Campaign Support Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement demand-generation campaigns that align with GTM goals Performance Tracking Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of GTM strategies providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks in GTM processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness Customer-Centric Focus Support efforts to enhance customer experience by aligning GTM activities with customer needs and feedback Required Skills Competencies GTM Expertise Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies frameworks and execution best practices Analytical Thinking Ability to analyze data market trends and performance metrics to generate actionable insights Collaboration Proven ability to work across teams and manage stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives Communication Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft clear compelling messaging and articulate GTM strategies Project Management Experience in managing timelines coordinating deliverables and ensuring on-time project completion Adaptability Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities Creativity Problem-Solving Ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to GTM challenges Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Economics or related field 1-3 years of experience in go-to-market strategy product marketing sales enablement or related roles Experience working in startups SaaS or product-driven environments is highly preferred Familiarity with CRM marketing automation tools and analytics platforms is a plus
