As they expand their Enterprise and Mid-Market presence, they are seeking a hands-on Marketing Automation Specialist to ensure the technical execution and optimization of their outbound Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. Role Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to be the technical backbone of the Outbound Marketing team. This role is responsible for the setup, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of multi-channel ABM workflows, ensuring seamless integration between the core marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and key outbound sales tools (Reply.io, Lemlist, Apollo). The ideal candidate is a technical, detail-oriented builder who can translate strategic campaign ideas into functional, scalable, and data-driven automation sequences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Automation Platform Management & Execution - Design and build complex, signal-driven email nurturing workflows, lead scoring, and conditional sequences primarily within HubSpot to support ABM strategies. - Manage, maintain, and optimize the technical setup of key ABM/Outbound tools (e.g., Reply.io, Lemlist, Apollo), ensuring seamless data flow and integration with HubSpot and Zoho CRM. - Serve as the system expert for marketing automation, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and list segmentation for targeted outreach. 2. Outbound Campaign Support & Deployment - Technically execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, PPC landing pages, and social media integrations as defined by the Outbound/ABM team. - Set up and deploy A/B tests and experimental designs within automated sequences to continuously refine messaging and improve conversion rates. - Develop and maintain automation workflows that enable SDRs to execute signal-driven prospecting, including timely data handoffs and task creation in the CRM. 3. Reporting & System Optimization - Implement and manage tracking mechanisms (UTMs, custom fields) necessary for accurate attribution reporting across all outbound automation touchpoints. - Monitor system performance and campaign deliverability, troubleshooting any technical issues related to email deliverability, automation errors, and integration failures. - Provide technical input for optimizing firmographic, behavioral, and intent signal ingestion and application within automation workflows. Requirements & Qualifications: - 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically managing and executing campaigns within a major marketing automation platform (e.g., Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot is highly preferred). - Proven technical expertise with key outbound/sales enablement tools such as Reply.io, Lemlist, and Apollo. - Demonstrable experience with integration and workflow automation tools, specifically Zapier and/or n8n. - Experience utilizing data enrichment or list-building platforms like Clay is a significant asset. - Experience ensuring data synchronization and functionality between marketing automation (HubSpot) and a CRM (e.g., Zoho CRM). - Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, complex workflow logic, segmentation, and A/B testing implementation. - Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on automated campaign performance metrics. - Ability to work cross-functionally, specifically supporting Sales Development/SDR teams with automation needs.
