Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our real estate development projects in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis and reporting, ensuring end to end financial management of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Financial Reporting:
· Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with Ind AS as prescribed by Companies Act and other applicable laws & regulations.
2. Budget Management:
· Collaborate with project teams to establish and manage project budgets
· Monitor and analyse budget variances, providing insights into key factors affecting financial performance
3. Compliance and Regulations:
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations such as RERA, Companies Act, Tax laws, etc.
· Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and tax filings compliant with the regulatory framework.
4. Record keeping & documentation:
· Maintain adequate records/trails of transactions, prepare & maintain vendor/supplier/external stakeholder trackers/reconciliations, timely updation of MIS sheets & overall assistance & coordination with team members to ensure effective & efficient operation
Qualifications:
· Post Graduate (M.Com) in Finance or Accounting
· Proven experience of minimum 3 years as a Finance Manager or similar role in the Mumbai real estate development industry.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse and dynamic Mumbai market.
