Job Summary Strategy - Awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy and model wrt ESG One and precisely to ESG Assessments Business - Able to access Business impact and production stability wrt to requirements out forward as part pf ESG One. Processes - Responsible for executing and mentoring the Test Automation and execution for the ESG One BoW. People & Talent - Drive tests through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Risk Management - Assess Business Impact and and identify risk much earlier wrt Business and prod stability. Governance - Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations are met. Key Responsibilities Regulatory & Business Conduct - Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. - Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. - Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. - Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.] * - Serve as a Director of the Board - Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent) Key stakeholders - Working with POs - Able to drive review meeting with Stakeholders like Credit Risk team, CRA team, ESG One Skills And Experience - Develop automation scripts - Perform technical and test execution activities - Design and write test cases in Gherkin language i.e. feature files - Hands-on experience in developing Test Automation suite using Java / .NET, Cucumber & Selenium, Postman - Experience in Continuous Integration Tool ,Azure DevOps - Database and SQLs knowledge Qualifications - Minimum 7+ Years of experience in Testing - Experience in any one of industry standard Test Automation Tools like QTP, TestComplete, etc - Test NG, POM, Data Driven, Openshift - Experience in Banking domain - Develop automation scripts - Perform technical and test execution activities - Design and write test cases in Gherkin language i.e. feature files - Hands-on experience in developing Test Automation suite using Java / .NET, Cucumber & Selenium - Experience and Expertise in developing Test Harness in J2SE / .NET - Experience in Continuous Integration Tool ,Azure DevOps - Experience in Postman - Experience / Knowledge in Version Control systems like Git, CVS, Subversion, etc - Knowledge of database and SQLs - Knowledge in Test Automation Design patterns like PageObject Model, PageObject Factory, etc About Standard Chartered We're an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
