Job Description Salary Range: 3.5 4.5 Lakhs per year, paid on a monthly basis. The Role We are seeking an experienced Search Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our website and online presence to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, positive, analytical, demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills, and can take ownership of campaign performance. Responsibilities Perform keyword research based on client goals and campaign focus Performs regular on-page and technical SEO audits with implementation of recommended fixes. Leads local and national link-building and outreach campaigns to strengthen clients domain authority. Measures and reports Clients Websites improvements in local and organic search rankings on a monthly basis. Develop and implement campaign SEO strategies Strategize ways to improve and track site performance Develop and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights for improvement. Optimize campaigns for conversion rates and overall effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid search marketing. Qualifications 3+ hands on experience managing PPC campaigns, particularly with Google Ads and Bing. 2+ years working at an agency managing multiple clients at a time. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics. Familiarity with keyword research tools and techniques. Experience with social media advertising platforms is a plus. Knowledge of digital marketing principles and SEM strategies. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
