Responsibilities - Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals. - Manage all digital channels including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, email, and content marketing. - Plan, create, and optimize online campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation. - Oversee the design and content creation for social media, website, and digital platforms. - Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and improvements. - Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to support student recruitment. - Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI. - Stay updated with the latest digital trends and tools. Qualifications - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. Required Skills - Proven work experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in education or service industry. - Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media marketing, and email campaigns. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. - Creative thinker with problem-solving ability.
