We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, and CICS. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working on client-facing projects and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Location Pune / Chennai Experience 46 Years Key Responsibilities - Develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, and CICS. - Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment. - Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of issues. - Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on client projects. - Follow the SDLC process and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions. - Utilize mainframe utilities and tools effectively for development and support activities. Equired Skills & Experience - 46 years of hands-on experience in mainframe technologies COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, CICS. - Experience working on client projects with end-to-end delivery exposure. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Sound understanding of SDLC methodologies and experience executing projects within SDLC frameworks. - Proficiency with mainframe tools such as - TSO/ISPF - SPUFI - File Manager - Changeman - SAVRS - Prior production support experience is required. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
