Key Responsibilities
- Lease Management:Coordinate with landlords/builders, legal teams, and execute lease agreements.
- Asset Management:Maintain asset records, handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and monitor depreciation/book value.
- MIS & Budgeting:Prepare monthly MIS, analyze admin-related costs, track budget vs actual utilization.
- Procurement & Vendor Management:Prepare Comparative Statements of Quotations (CSQs), manage consumables procurement (PR/PO), coordinate with central finance team for invoice processing.
- Facility Management:Oversee housekeeping, maintenance of warehouse facilities, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Compliance & Licenses:Manage statutory compliances, licensing, permissions from govt. bodies; maintain zero escalations.
- Stakeholder Coordination:Liaise with local authorities (Police, Fire Dept, Labor Dept, RWA, etc.) and internal stakeholders (Finance, Central Admin, HR).
- TPL Coordination:Oversee Third Party Logistics (TPL) for last mile deliveries and coordinate with internal/external delivery partners.
- Documentation:Maintain billing records, payment files, and physical documentation for audit and compliance.
