Senior Product Executive- Shikhar

Job Description Overview: Shikhar is India's largest eB2B app platform that services more than 1.4 million HUL retailers As a Senior Product Executive at Shikhar, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing product strategy that enhances the user experience, drive business growth, and contribute to the overall success of Shikhar. Product Development: . Collaborate with the technology team to develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with Shikhar's strategic goals. . Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify user needs and opportunities for improvement. . Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and senior management. . Translate user needs into detailed product specifications, wireframes, and prototypes. . Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. 2.Product Strategy: . Assist in defining the product vision and strategy, considering market trends, customer insights, and business objectives. . Help identify and evaluate new product opportunities, including feature enhancements, partnerships, and expansion into new markets. . Conduct regular analysis of key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and drive data-informed decision-making. . Monitor industry trends and stay up to date with emerging technologies to identify potential areas of innovation for Shikhar. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration: . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing & site merchandising, operations, other COE teams, external agencies and sales, to drive product initiatives and ensure successful product launches. . Coordinate with IT team to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts align with business priorities and user requirements. . Support the marketing and sales teams in product positioning, feature communication, and go-to-market strategies. 4.Customer Focus: . Develop a deep understanding of the needs, pain points, and behaviours of Shikhar retailers. . Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate product concepts. . Monitor user feedback channels, analyse user behaviour data, and leverage customer feedback to continuously improve the product experience. 5. UI/UX Enhancement: . Collaborate closely with the UX/UI design agency to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across the Shikhar app. . Participate in user research activities, such as user interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to gather insights and identify areas for UI/UX improvement. . Work closely with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups that effectively communicate product features and enhancements. . Provide input and feedback on UI/UX design concepts, ensuring they align with user needs, industry best practices, and the overall product vision. . Conduct regular reviews and usability testing of new UI/UX designs and features, gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate and refine the product experience. . Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the accurate implementation of UI/UX designs and maintain consistency throughout the app. . Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and best practices, applying them to continually enhance the Shikhar app's user experience. Qualifications: . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making- SQL knowledge is a plus . Should be detail oriented, organized and methodical with good presentation skills . Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver the results on the given deadline . Prior experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced technology driven environment is a plus . Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams. . Familiarity with B2B e-commerce platforms and knowledge of the Indian e commerce landscape & General trade . Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA), agile methodologies & wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g. DrawIO etc) is beneficial. .
