As a TPM, you will get the opportunity to own problems end-to-end and work with some of the best minds in Amazon. This role is for a technical role with opportunities to work on highly scalable and extensible applications. You will partner to design flexible and scalable solutions, and work on some of the most complex challenges in computing by utilizing your skills in data structures, algorithms, and principle programming. You will have a broad range of responsibilities from co-ordinating key business and tech deliverables with planning, roadmap influencing, contribution to process improvement. You would have easy access to Sr SDE, and Principal Engineers to bounce off your ideas and discuss tech solutions. Key job responsibilities Roadmap planning, prioritisation, creating engagement mechanisms for streamlined execution, driving faster decision making. About the team nternational Selling Partner Experience Team (ISPX) enables each International Store to become the Marketplace of choice for Selling Partners(SP) by making it trivially easy for any SP to start and grow a successful business on Amazon. Our mission is to enable selling partners to Register and onboard new sellers List their selection with BIC user experience Grow their business on Amazon in a self-serve manner- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
