Contact No : +91 6291545009 JOB RESPONSIBILTIES - Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including shipment planning and dispatch. - Manage inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking. - Communicate with freight forwarders, transport vendors, warehouse teams, and customers. - Resolve any delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, or logistical issues. - Prepare logistics documentation: invoice, packing list, delivery order (DO), airway bill (AWB), bill of lading (BL). - Support inventory management, stock movement, and warehouse coordination. - Update shipment status and provide daily reports to management. QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS - 15 years experience in logistics coordination, freight handling, or warehouse operations. - Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or relevant field. - Knowledge of Singapore customs procedures, freight documentation, Incoterms, and transport regulations. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
